RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you’re looking to return or exchange your Order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Us within thirty (30) days of purchase for a store credit or a full refund to the original payment method. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned Items must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.
INITIATING A RETURN
To return an Item, please email customer service at support@onecanopie.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. After receiving a RA number, place the Item securely in its original packaging.
If you would like to return an Item for store credit, the return shipping is free and We will send you a shipping label to affix to the original packaging.
If you would like a refund to the original payment method, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return as We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your Item(s), We will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from our receipt of your Item(s) to finish processing your return. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
If you paid by credit or debit card and are seeking a full refund, this refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days after your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card company. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you are seeking store credit, We will send you a One Canopie Gift Card to the email you provide. The Gift Card will be sent to you within five (5) business days after your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note the following exceptions to Our return and refund policy:
Any Items on sale or purchased using any form of discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Any Order with any personalized Items or Items otherwise customized to Your specifications are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Shrink-wrapped or sealed Items that have been opened and/or removed from their original packaging may not be returned unless such Items are defective, in which case such Items can be exchanged for the same or similar Items.
Orders of five (5) or more of the same Items are non-returnable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your shipment contains any defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@onecanopie.com.
We will send a replacement item; provide a full refund to your original payment method; arrange an exchange; or provide store credit, depending on the issue.
Any return shipping costs will be free in the case of a damaged Item and we will send you a shipping label to affix to the original packaging.
SHIPPING
You will be provided with a tracking number for each Order so that you can follow your package’s journey. The delivery date and shipping costs are as chosen and noted at time of purchase.
Free Standard Shipping is available for Orders over $90.00 USD and/or Orders purchased under a promotion that offers free shipping.
If delivery of the Order is delayed due to events outside Our control, We will inform you and provide a new delivery date as We are updated on any such shipping delay.
If delivery of the Order is lost after shipment due to events outside Our control, please contact us at support@onecanopie.com.
Orders only ship Monday - Friday.
Where available, to ensure same-day delivery, the Order must be placed by 8am EST.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Please contact us at support@onecanopie.com if you experience any difficulties mailing to an APO/FPO address through our site.
We do not offer international shipping at this time other than to APO/FPO addresses. Sorry!
Legal and Definitions for Shipping & Return Policy

Item refers to the goods offered for sale.
Order means a request by You to purchase Items from Us.
You means the person purchasing Orders or accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is purchasing Orders accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions with One Canopie. In brief, by placing an Order with One Canopie, You agree with the terms set forth in this policy along with One Canopie’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
